An exhibition of paintings on Krishna will be shown at the India Habitat Centre (February 3-10). Made by a family of painters from Vrindavan, the 50 paintings take a little from Raja Ravi Varma's mythological paintings and the Jaipur school of marble work to create a form based on bhav darshan (display of emotion). All oil on canvas, embellished with real gold leaf and semi-precious stones.
