MUSIC

Gunidas Sangeet Sammelan

This festival is becoming popular for its impressive line-up of both established and new artistes. Vyas who show real promise.

ART

A Recent Series of Large Paintings

These are devastating observations on the human condition and contemporary India, seen through the refracting lens of this master painter-teacher -- and underwritten by a savage wit. Not to be missed.

FOOD

Karen's Gourmet Kitchen
(Contemporary Arts & Crafts, Mumbai)
Well-known gourmet Karen Anand is now selling her own brand of foods. On offer are exotic varieties of cheese, speciality teas, tacos in unusual flavours, designer vegetables and more, plus Anand's recipes and fact-sheets on nutrition. Mmm.
