LOCATION: Lahore. He was the leader
of a group of Sikh militants who hijacked an Indian Airlines aircraft
on its way from Srinagar to Delhi in September 1981. Singh flew
the plane to Lahore, where Pakistani authorities arrested and convicted
him under international laws. Currently, he heads a radical outfit
known as the Dal Khalsa. His many attempts to sneak out of Pakistani
territory have been foiled by the ISI.

LOCATION: Lahore. Karim, known to
intelligence agencies as Tunda, is the notorious mastermind of over
30 blasts in Delhi in 1997. Hailing from Pilkhuwa in Ghaziabad district,
this 60-year-old lost his left arm while setting off an explosive.
He has been hand-picking young Indians who go to Pakistan to visit
friends or relatives and sending them to training camps in PoK and
Afghanistan. Tunda belongs to the radical Jamiat Ahle Hadis.

The bomb blasts in Delhi in 1997.

LOCATION: Gulshan Iqbal, Karachi.
Sayed, who led the team that hijacked Indian Airlines flight IC
814 to Kandahar, was addressed as "Doctor". He flew from
Mumbai to Kolkata on November 1, 1999, took a train to New Jalpaiguri,
and then a bus to Kathmandu-from where the flight took off. Sayed
was the chief negotiator among the hijackers. He persuaded the Pakistani
ATC at Lahore to allow the aircraft to refuel.
WANTED FOR:
Interpol red corner notice No. A-564/6-2000 was issued against him
for hijacking, kidnapping and murder.
