   MONEY TODAY: MY MONEY

REALTY CHECK

They may have made a mark for themselves in different spheres, but when it comes to investments, most celebrities see property as the best way to make their money grow

JITESH KALLAT,
artist

"I am extremely bad with investments but I have a fund manager at my bank who has put together a portfolio comprising debt and equity investments for me. I am also planning to invest in a larger property for a studio in the future."

ANNA SINGH,
fashion designer

"I am more of a creative person and my father takes care of my investments. He has invested my money in bonds, fixed deposits and a life insurance policy on my behalf. I have also invested in a plot of land."

FLEUR XAVIER,
model

"I am a very risk-averse investor and prefer to put my money in safe avenues. I have put some money in ICICI Bank bonds, Public Provident Fund and NSCs. Besides, my house is a real estate investment for me. I don't know if I will take the risk but I might eventually invest in mutual funds and stocks."

TWINKLE KHANNA,
interior designer

"Earlier, I used to invest in RBI bonds but now I have started investing in mutual funds also. I am not adventurous enough to invest in stocks yet but I have put money in real estate and have bought an office space, a store and a small apartment."
