TRIPLE ROLE

The grandson of legendary filmmaker Kamal Amrohi is set to debut in Bollywood in style. Mashhoor Amrohi, 24, will write, direct and act in Hum Laakh Chhupayein Pyaar ... Magar. Working with director David Dhawan convinced him that he didn't want to be just an actor. "His influence was the turning point," says Amrohi who's still inspired by his grandfather's classics. Let's see how inspiring he himself is.

Comic Relief

If Sunidhi Chauhan's singing career ever falters, she has an alternative profession to fall back on. It seems the singer is a good mimic. Sunidhi recently imitated the likes of Karisma Kapoor, Juhi Chawla, Salma Aga and Lata Mangeshkar on Zee TV's gag show Johnny Ala Re. Sunidhi claims she has been a mimic since childhood. Here's a laughter champion in the making.

MISS DESI AUSSIE

Miss World Australia 2006 isn't a blonde, blue-eyed babe. Instead, she is half-Indian, half-Lebanese, speaks Hindi and visits her grandparents in Delhi. Sabrina Houssami, 19, will be at the Miss World pageant later this year. "I don't know if the world is ready for someone as multicultural as I am," says the liberal studies student. We hope this Aussie beauty shatters some stereotypes.

Bhangra burn

She is used to being greeted with a "Sat Sri Akal" but not many know that Sarina Jain is a Rajasthani. US-based Jain, who founded Masala Dance and Fitness Inc. in 1999, has released her fifth fitness video Masala Bhangra Workout for Children. "It's now among the top five workouts in the US," she claims. Currently on an India visit, Jain says she wants to train certified instructors. Anyone for some balle balle to burn calories?
