She will forever be remembered as Mani Ratnam’s Roja. Now actor Madhoo will be back with Kallol Sen’s Kabhi Socha Bhi Na Tha, a film about urbane sexual issues. But she will be missing in action around the movie’s release. The actor reportedly sent a legal notice to Sen following his earlier decision to re-christen the movie ‘Love Sex Etc’. “We retained the original title to avoid controversy,” clarifies Sen, claiming Madhoo is just holidaying in London. After opening for international metal band Iron Maiden in Bangalore, Delhi band Parikrama will now play at Donington Park at the Download Festival, alongside heavyweights like Megadeth and Dream Theater. “The invitation came as a result of our Bangalore act,” says rocker Subir Malik. They will play at nine venues around England, including the meccas of rock, Rio and Underground Camden. With Iron Maiden’s manager Rod Smallwood backing them, Parikrama’s ready to rock and roll.
